Vijay Deverakonda’s Ranabaali has made the most of the Dasara holidays. The film has crossed the ₹50 Cr gross mark worldwide on its sixth day, with the total now standing at more than ₹51 Cr.
Ranabaali 6 Days Box Office
- Telugu States: ₹36.5 Cr (approx)
- Worldwide Gross: ₹51 Cr+
Dasara Did the Trick
The festival holidays gave Ranabaali exactly the push it needed. Families turned up in good numbers through the Dasara days, and the film held strongly across the Telugu states.
Better Than Anyone Expected
After the mixed talk on release day, the trade had low expectations for Ranabaali in the Telugu states. Many expected the film to fade quickly.
Instead, the positive word of mouth from mass audiences has kept it going. In the Telugu states, Ranabaali is now clearly performing better than expected.
Domestic Break-Even in Sight
The film is expected to keep up its good momentum through the weekend. If it does, Ranabaali will reach its break-even mark in the domestic market.
For a film that many wrote off after its first day, that would be a big turnaround.
Overseas a Different Story
The picture is not the same overseas. Ranabaali never picked up there, and it didn’t see any real momentum after the opening weekend. The film is set to end up as a loss venture in overseas markets.
That makes the strong Telugu states run even more important for the film’s overall result.
The Weekend Will Decide
With ₹51 Cr+ in six days, Ranabaali has recovered nearly 70% of its ₹75 Cr worldwide break-even target. A good second weekend in the Telugu states will decide how close it gets to the finish line.
